DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT...
Good afternoon, Was just hoping that you can pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation for the Fusion AV team that supports my areas. Rob Neilsen has always been very responsive and supportive of our requests - always is willing to help. I also wanted to pass along that last week we had something come up in one of our rooms late in the day on a Friday. We had an important meeting the following Monday. I reached out to Rob and Andy Croston. Andy worked us into his Monday morning schedule to come out and troubleshoot our issue. He needed some code to fix the issue - we were able to get the code and Andy came back out after he finished a different project in the area. He of course fixed it! He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. It is this type of responsiveness and care for customers that creates partnerships. We truly appreciate the team for making this happen. Please pass this along to the Fusion management team - the team should be commended for a job well done….

"Keith, My plan was to write you (unsolicited) first thing this morning, but I got called into a meeting and didn't have time. I've only had a short while to experiment with the system itself. (I also had to work last night.) So far that has performed wonderfully, but I'll give you a fuller report after a weekend of usage. What I wanted to write you about this morning is the absolute professionalism of David and John. They arrived promptly and got to work right on time. They were cheerful and polite, and had a plan that they carried out efficiently. They demonstrated flexibility in solving unexpected problems (such as narrow access to the attic space) and finished with an excellent tutorial on how to use the system. Their method of working was such that there was no remnant of anything (other than the system itself) in the room after they finished -- no drill dust, no packaging, no footprints, etc. They were remarkably professional in every way. Again, I'm really planning on putting the system itself through its paces this weekend, but I would absolutely not hesitate to hire Fusion again and to recommend you to friends."
