Basic, Essential, Proactive +, and VIP

All our plans come with a 1 to 2-year warranty and third-party 24/7/365 AV remote support. Fusion Business Hours remote support ranges from 15 minutes for Basic plan subscribers to unlimited remote support for VIP plan subscribers. Starting at the Essential plan, clients also receive an annual technology assessment and a preventative maintenance visit. 

All plans include OvrC Connect, a mobile app that enables homeowners and administrators to troubleshoot common issues and independently manage their network. From simple rebooting of devices, which often fixes errors, to monitoring all activity, a sense of ownership and control ensures confidence in your smart home or business’s ability to perform optimally. 

Proactive + and VIP plan subscribers receive luxury support that ranges from site preparation visits and equipment discounts to same day on-site service for VIP members.** 

Remote & On-Site Support

Remote support is essential to the continued peak performance of your smart home. It enables a qualified third-party company or our technology experts to keep a continual watch over your connected devices. Should a disruption occur, they can spot it immediately and often fix the issue remotely before you experience any type of interference.

Priority scheduling is also a plan benefit. When on-site service is required, discounted labor rates range from 5% to 15% off. Whether you choose Basic to advanced VIP support, knowing automation and AV experts are available when you need them offers tremendous peace of mind.
